![]() ![]() “You… you dare, vampire?!” She stared, absolutely incredulously at the creature as the heat started to rise up her face. “So glad you find it that amusing.” Xander shot an irritable glare at Alucard before sighing slightly as Integra spoke up again. “Well for me, not necessarily you,” Alucard noted with a sage nod of his head and a face splitting grin on his lips. “Fortunately, I still can anyway.” “And how is this fortunate?” Xander repeated aloud. “I don't think she thinks that you can make with the blackmailage.” “True, I suppose,” Alucard said agreeably, a smirk on his lips. “Not my fault the rest of you can't read each other worth a damn,” Xander countered back with a shrug of his shoulders before glancing back at a still smirking Alucard. Hard to describe, but it's easy to tell when Al's bluffing.” “Speak for yourself,” Morrigan muttered softly as she began to casually file her nails as she sat atop the desk, her legs crossed to expose the silky smooth curve of her legs. ![]() “He always has the same damned grin on his face!” “No, he doesn't,” Xander stated simply, refusing to elaborate any further before lightly shrugging his shoulders. “But, no, he's not joking.” “How the bloody hell can you tell?” Giles asked, his eyes staring back at the boy in disbelief. “Am I joking, Little Diamond?” “Well, you have been known to,” Xander said as he looked up at him shrewdly, carefully studying Alucard's face, before his own fell. “You’re joking.” “Really? I am?” Alucard paused a moment, before glancing over at Xander. “You of course.” That almost made Integra do a double take as she again glared back at Morrigan before turning back to the now even more broadly grinning Alucard. “I thought that was rather obvious,” Morrigan observed as she casually examined her nails, looking almost completely immaculate. “I now have blackmail material.” “… And who would you be talking about blackmailing, vampire.” Integra hissed out as her eyes narrowed into icy slits. Grinning Alucard seemed to ignore Integra as he smirked at Xander. “Indeed, what are you talking about, vampire?” Integra was glaring back the creature, her eyes narrowed into slits as she calmly ignored the current state of attire, and her hair, and the more than slightly askew angle of her glasses. ![]() “Fortunately, I have what I needed to ensure that the Police girl ends up in your oh so capable hands.” “… Wait, what?” Xander’s eyes widened slightly. I worked hard to get your Master to that point.” “Yes, I’m sure.” Alucard nodded his head and smirked softly before chuckling just a small bit. “I don’t think the girls agree though.” “Heh, they’ll get over it.” Xander waved his hand dismissively, before pausing as he heard the slight growl managing to escape Integra’s through. ![]() “So glad you agree, Little Diamond.” Alucard grinned back as he snickered softly, pointedly ignoring the glowering glares focused on them. “Totally worth it.” Xander stated as he grinned over at a bloodied Alucard, the mideon’s clothes in half tatters with a number of bullet holes, while his own were ripped and torn in a number of different places, with bruises starting to visibly swell up. ![]()
